Focus on Connection
Our program is small and intimate, allowing for more individualized attention and personal interaction. We develop personalized programs and activities tailored to your loved one’s interests and abilities. Our well-ordered, familiar setting nurtures trusting relationships and a balance of variety, consistency, and predictability. We value family relationships and provide support in planning events for participant’s families and welcome those most important to our guests as part of the community.
Some people refer to what we offer as Adult Day Care, or Senior Day Care, but we offer far more than just care – you’ll find a comfortable, supportive, home-like environment.
Our Dementia Care Philosophy
Those with cognitive or memory care needs will experience an innovative, holistic program of support. We make full use of resources provided through Rhythms Dementia Services program, which was developed to provide care that is customized and empowering for those who are living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
Adult Day Program guests actively take part in the Alzheimer’s Association’s “Memories in the Making” art program, because we believe in the capabilities of those living with dementia.

Testimonial
After we had to take the car away from my father he became bored, depressed , and his dementia progressed. We found the Clermont Day Program and signed him up. He loves it and is back to the active man he always has been. They provide stimulating, relevant, interesting and safe activities for his social, emotional, physical and spiritual well being. I know this program has added years to my father's place on earth. He is 93 and can’t wait for the bus to pick him up to attend his day program. Thank you great staff!
